How does your design process work?

Usually we will sit down with the customer and find out exactly why they want a sign, and what they want it to say. Because every sign we do is different in the message it communicates, this step is the most important. Next one of our talented designers will sit down and start to mock up any artwork you require, this can include your existing company logo, but we could be starting from scratch. This process can go through several revisions until the customer is totally satisfied and will usually involve digitally placing your sign on a photo of your location as part of the extra service we offer.

How much will a sign cost?

Henshaw Signs does not currently supply any sort of package deal, and you won't find any prices on this website. This is for several reasons, but the main reason is that we want to give you the best deal in Wellington. We feel that by quoting the specific requirements of your job we are able to assure you that you are only paying for what you want.

What type of files do you accept?

Almost anything. Our file specification guide can provide you a detailed overview of what we can accept and what we require. In short we work mostly with Adobe Creative Suite (currently version CC 2015), we work on Macs, and can accept most forms of portable media (DVD/CD/USB/etc).

How soon can I have my sign?

We will endeavour to turn around your job in the shortest possible time, but as they say, good things take time. Our sales people will give you a date on when you can expect to receive your job. If you have a specific deadline you need to meet, please discuss it with us and we will do our absolute best to attain it. We have been known to work miracles.
